The HUB Certification (Certification Number: HUB-4026550) is administered by the North Carolina Department of Administration and recognizes businesses that are at least 51 percent owned by minority persons or socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.

The North Carolina HUB Office works to promote economic opportunities and equitable access to state government contracts for certified HUB firms, with an aspirational goal of awarding at least 10 percent of all state contracts to HUB-certified businesses.
