Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer / Outside Sales professional to join our security systems integration team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our innovative low voltage solutions and our valued clients, driving growth through technical expertise and proactive sales strategies. Your energetic approach will help showcase our cutting-edge security products and services, ensuring clients understand the value and capabilities of our integrated systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend technical knowledge with sales acumen in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Compensation: $70,000 - $250,000 per year
Location: Hybrid remote in Summerville, SC 29486
Duties

Engage with prospective clients to understand their security, networking or ProAV needs and present tailored solutions through compelling product demonstrations and technical consultations.

Lead pre-sales activities by conducting detailed analysis of client requirements, developing scopes of work, collaborating with estimating for pricing, and providing technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.

Collaborate closely with project management teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to implementation, maintaining clear communication on project scope and technical specifications.

Demonstrate proficiency in security systems components, including networked devices, access control, Video systems, fire and or burglar alarms, and integration platforms, as well as network infrastructure and Pro Audio Visual.

Conduct product demos that highlight system features, scalability options, and integration capabilities to prospective clients and partners.
Position Qualifications
Candidates without direct security systems integration experience will not be considered.

Low voltage Sales: 3 years (Required)

Proven experience selling AND designing security systems.

Strong technical knowledge of access control, video systems, intrusion solutions, fire alarm, network infrastructure and/or Pro AV.

Demonstrated ability to manage projects from initial consultation through deployment while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Ability to scope and design projects without relying on centralized engineering.

Exceptional communication skills for delivering engaging product demos and conveying technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Comfort operating in construction and GC-driven environments

Existing relationships in one of the listed markets (strongly preferred)
