3G/4G Sunset to LTE
For all current customers who have an IPDataTel 3G radio communicator for their security system, you must upgrade to a new LTE compatible communicator before your data carrier's sunset date. Not doing so will render your security system useless and it will not communicate with dispatchers for emergency service. GenX Security can work with you on payment plans and options for this mandatory upgrade.

During the 3G/4G sunset radio communicator upgrade, we would like to encourage all of our IPDataTel (SecureSmart) customers to make the switch to the #1 rated security app platform, Alarm.com. GenX Security will only be using and integrating the Alarm.com platform for all residential and small business security customers going forward. New equipment must be installed. If you choose to continue to use the old SecureSmart app it will become obsolete in short time as we phase out of IPDataTel and your carrier phases out of 3G/4G. Alarm.com is the most trusted and feature-rich interactive security app and platform available!
